FTE APEX Asia Expo+ is Asia’s biggest free to attend passenger experience and business performance expo. Our last show in 2019 show was the first jointly delivered by FTE and the Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX) following the announcement of our tie-up, and it delivered record results with our largest ever number of exhibitors and attendees, with 119 airlines and airport operators represented among the 2,500 registrations. Aviation will enjoy tremendous growth across Asia in the coming decades, and as a result there is huge demand from the industry to connect in-person again and FTE and APEX are proud to stage the definitive event for the continent to help air transport stakeholders understand how to use technology, design and new service approaches to improve efficiency, operations, customer experiences, sustainability and revenues as the region opens back-up comprehensively in 2022.

The event will adapt to comply with social any necessary distancing and sanitisation practices and will be complemented by the co-located Onboard Hospitality Forum Asia and a comprehensive Startup zone. It will provide an unrivalled platform for learning in a post-COVID-19 world across the conference stages and the expo halls. The industry’s most innovative product, service and equipment providers from across Asia and beyond will showcase their capabilities to help airlines and airports improve end-to-end customer experiences, reduce costs, increase revenues and enhance operational efficiency. It will be a time for the industry to meet again face-to-face to share, learn and move forward together.
